The urban plan foresees a boulevard in front of the plot, which would entail the expropriation of 70m2 of the plot for that purpose, with compensation of 35,000 euros to be received by the plot owner. The project foresees a reduction in the plot size in advance, so it has no impact on the planned reconstruction.
