Perast has always been a small capital of culture and history on the coast. As a colorful and historically rich part of Kotor, it was recognized by UNESCO, and because of its beauty and cultural and historical importance, Perast joined the UNESCO list of world cultural and historical heritage in 1979.

This authentic two-story house exudes Perast charm and offers a view of the islands from every part of the house.
On the ground floor there is a kitchen with a large dining room that opens onto a terrace with a view of the Perasts islands, as well as a toilet.
